About The Partners
RYAN NEGRO
Ryan, a Sonoma County native, was introduced to the world of fine craftsmanship at the young age of 15. His experience began by working with his father, a master craftsman specializing in the fabrication and installation of circular wooden staircases. This early exposure to finish carpentry has carried forward to the present day as evidenced by Ryan's level of attention to detail. He is a graduate of Petaluma High School and SRJC where he continued to pursue his interest in autocad and drafting courses. He joined the Local 35 Carpenters Union in 2006 where he gained experience in residential and commercial construction. The partnership of Northbay Craftsmen has allowed Ryan to deliver quality craftsmanship and inspire his growing team to do the same.
In his free time, he enjoys camping, fishing, rafting, golfing, snowboarding and being on the lake with his wife Erica and three children.
JOHN WALSH
John Walsh is no stranger to construction. At the age of four he helped his father build a model fire boat that actually sprayed water! His father John worked with him countless hours teaching him how to read the blueprints and together it had its maiden voyage at Spreckeles Lake in San Francisco Golden Gate Park. John Walsh also worked for his father’s construction company, Golden West construction, which specialized in multi-million-dollar remodels with many in the exclusive Sea Cliff and Pacific Heights neighborhoods of San Francisco.
He also gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience producing detailed work building custom stairs with Advanced Stair Design in Penngrove, California.
John is a very professional individual who brings clarity and calm to every aspect of his work. He understands that construction projects involve more than construction materials – they involve a family’s dream. John works with his clients to keep them up to date on their projects and tries to give them the peace of mind that is essential.
